It was a pleasure working with you on our recent purchase and installation of carpeting for our new home. From our first meeting with you in May to the installation in early June, you were there to answer any questions or deal with any concerns we had. You even obtained a current dye lot of the carpet to be sure the color was the same as the sample.
The installers (Greg and his Son) were friendly, very professional and did a fabulous job. The even vacuumed and hauled away all the scrap carpet and left extra carpet "rugs" at all the doors since we were still having workers coming in and out of the house.
