Owner John Charvat has been in the floor covering industry for 24 years. He has worked at all levels from retail , distribution and manufacturing and has many resources to find the right product for every application. He is a current member and past President of the Redwood Empire Floor Covering Association and earned the status of Certified Flooring Executive from the World Floor Covering Association in its inaugural year, 2001. John has many interests outside of flooring including music and most of all bass fishing. John has fished competively and recently won a national fantasy fishing competition. He lives in Sonoma with his wife Laurinda and their three dogs, all adopted from various sources, as well as two cats and an aquarium of fish.
